Terri specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, family stress, relationship challenges, and who have experienced trauma and grief.
She also focuses on assisting LGBTQ+ individuals who are seeking support with navigating identity, family/relationship concerns, and life stressors.
With over 20 years of experience, Terri is committed to providing a safe, welcoming and peaceful environment to walk with clients through their journey. With the client's goals in mind, they can work together to decide on the path that will help them create the future they envision.
She utilizes an encouraging, solution-focused, reality-based approach to assist clients learn coping skills, process trauma, and navigate through the grieving process. She is also well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems and Feminist Theory.
