About Steven Leland, LMHC

Steve works with adults and adolescents  (aged 16 & up) who are struggling with depressive symptoms, anxiety, mood swings, stress management, anger management, frustration tolerance, coping, social, & relationship skills, adjustment issues, relationship issues, grief/loss issues, parenting, mindfulness, and life enhancement, amongst others.  

Using an eclectic & comprehensive approach tailored to the needs of each client, Steve facilitates positive change by assisting people in identifying the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are keeping them stuck (and/or preventing them from moving forward) in order to overcome struggles/obstacles and work towards reaching their full potential.
