About Courtney Hodum

Courtney graduated Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015 with a degree in Elementary Education, but has been with us since 2021 assisting clients and clinicians in many ways. 

Courtney taught first, second, and third grade for 6 years and found a passion in working with children and helping people- which led her here. Although this may be different from the teaching world, she is still finding a way to help people by ensuring that clients are matched with a clinician that will best suit their needs and wants. 

Courtney also assists the billing department, which can mean that she is on the other line quite often. It is best to leave a voicemail or email her directly if you reach her voicemail during business hours due to this reason. 

Courtney is a large part of our team and wears many hats. We are thrilled that she is continuing to help in many ways here at Life and Hope Counseling Center.
